Brian and Cortney worked with me through numerous revisions and questions to two closets, office furniture, and one laundry room. The revisions and questions were quickly responded to often within hours and at the most within a day or less. The installation crew arrived on time and worked late to complete a scheduled three-day job in two. When I had a couple of minor items which were not just right or I needed assistance with plugging an Uninterruptible Power Supply into an outlet, Brian and the installation time provided timely (1 day or less) assistance.
