Our scheduler will promptly reach out to you to set your appointment. You may also contact us by phone to schedule an appointment during business hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Upon meeting, our experienced designer will take thorough measurements of the space you are wanting us to maximize. They will note an inventory of your clothes, shoes, bags, measure dress lengths, etc. At this time your designer will gather input on some things you'd like to see in your project. This is how we tailor a completely unique and personal design that accommodates your every need. Next, your designer will provide samples of materials, hardware, finishes, and some of our unique purpose-built accessories that will compliment your space and take it to the next level.
Then, utilizing our customized engineering software our designer will create the system and present a 3D color rendering to create a completely immersive experience allowing you to see how our system will look after installation. At any point in the design process, we are happy to provide photos of other projects we have done over the years for your review/reference. It is our mission to make sure that you are going to be able to utilize every inch of space to it's full potential.
Because our work is completely custom and tailored individually to each client and space, our cost is specific to each project. We are unable to calculate cost until we have created a design for you. We will make sure you as a client have an understanding of the things that influence price, and can make adjustments to your design to be sure it fits within your budget. Due to the abundance of customization options we offer, it gives us flexibility to offer a great system that sacrifices nothing for a price that suits you.
Most installs are completed in just one day. Some installs may take longer and can stretch to even a week long. Our install team will show up between 9-10 a.m. and will usually wrap up around 3-6 p.m. depending on the project.
Yes, we have an amazing demo crew that works quickly and thoroughly to ensure your new system has a clean, blank canvas to be installed in. We ask that you provide paint (your designer will let you know how much we are going to need) and have all clothes and or other obstructions clear of the work space prior to arrival. Some demos require a full day of work and will have the install scheduled for the following day. Most can be completed the same day as install.
